CANCELLATION FEE: Your appointment is very important to Ciara Madison Makeup and they are reserved specifically for you. It's understandable that life can get busy and time adjustments are sometimes necessary. However, Ciara Madison Makeup respectfully requests at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service you booked. NO SHOWS: Please note that 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file for no-show appointments. All deposits made toward appointments are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. However, if appointment is rescheduled within the given time frame listed above, deposit may be moved to another date. Deposit goes toward and not in addition to the cost of your service. IMPORTANT: Due to limited space in the studio, please only bring yourself to your appointment. Unfortunately, I cannot accommadate additional guests at this time. Late Policy: Out of respect for other clients booked appointments, Ciara Madison Makeup is unable to grant exceptions for clients who are late (more than 15 minutes). If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. As a service provider, I understand how valuable your time is, please be mindful that mine is as well.
